How about we give it more than just 2 racial bonuses!!!!
Standard assault bonus- 5%(or higher) reduction to fitting cost of weapon per level in Assault suit!
Caldari- 5% efficiency of shield extenders and 5% and 5% efficiency of shield regulators per level and 5% reduction to rail weaponry kick per level.
Amarr- 5% efficiency of armor plate mods per level, 10% reduction to armor plate movement penalty per level, 5% reduction to laser weaponry heat buildup per level
Minmatar- 5% efficiency of shield energizers per level, 5% efficiency of kin cats per level, 5% increase in projectile weapon clip size per level
Gallante- 5% efficiency of armor repair per level, 5% increase in Assault rifle clip size per level (the assualt rifle overheat does apply) , 5% reduction of assault rifle kick per level (this last one could be better but I couldn't think of a good one)
BOOM, better assualt classes and they will be very very viable after these buffs but not OP. |

what is OP is HMG, even with reduction to armor plate movement penalty you will be running at 6 m/s or less. |

minmatar according to what I have herd are suppose to have high recharge rates but longer delay times coupled with lower- medium shields
Caldari are suppose to have high shields coupled with slower recharge rates but small delay time.
But I don't know If it's true.

I think a 5% armor plate efficacy bonus would be really useful! Plus I like the proposed bonus to reduce movement penalty.
yea, the armor penalty makes it slow as sh*t for a medium suit. |
